TED TALK: A PLEA FOR BEES

CHALLENGE Create a print collateral concept for a TED talk event (school sponsored). Given my love for bees and environmental concerns, I was drawn to this particular subject. The set consisted of an event invitation, envelope, infographic handout and fruit label. The hexagonal shapes and pattern were inspired by the naturally occuring honeycomb pattern in beehives. The pieces were to be printed with eco-friendly soy inks. The invitation also was printed on bio-degradable seeded paper so that attendees could bury the invitation after the event and grow bee-friendly flowers.
