CHALLENGE  Georgia Power approached us with a request to produce "blue sky" concepts for a website redesign and, later on, a mobile app. Challenges with the current site included a cluttered navigation and an unorganized, overwhelming amount information presented users. Users were also not able to easily locate and utilize the most common account services, so part of the solution was pulling together the key actions and bringing them to the top of the page for ease of access.
